- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So I have yet to see Dr Maddali. Her office staff is unbelievably inefficient. There is quite a wait to see her and I complied with all their requests for notes to be faxed (which I had to ask my counselor to do twice because they 'didn't get them') before they would even schedule anything. I could never get anyone to call me back to schedule an appt. Finally I was able to speak to the office manager, only to find out on the day of my appointment, after getting the day off work, that I had been 'rescheduled' with a different doctor!! I was in tears at this point. I would think, that especially in the office of a psychiatrist, the staff would be a little more diligent. Hopefully it will be worth the wait and frustration.March 05, 2017by Michelle Marshall
