  I was one of their last patient yesterday. The lady couldn't get the internet working because it was the end of the day and they were shutting off. It took a while for them to get their internet working again. I appreciated they were willing to see me until the tests began. They numb my eyes to be able to poke my eyes to test them. The first lady whom was the technician was ok. When the second lady pressed on my eye to open to try to touch my eye to get a pressure reading, she ended up pressing on the eye itself and pressing too hard which hindered me being able to open my eye for her to do the test. They told me the numbing was only suppose to last 15-20 minutes. I felt the numbing discomfort when I left, all night didn't sleep well and even now at 8:40am the next day. In addition I think they damaged my eyes because my vision got worst after I left. When I called their office this morning to ask about the numbing I was told again it's supposed to last for 15-20 minutes. But when I looked online it said 4-24 hours or longer. When I told the admin over the phone my eye sight has worsened after I left the clinic she argued with me it's a virus and my eye could look different today than it did yesterday. But I told her it was worst right after I left. She told me to come in again but I told her it would be more out of my pocket. She said it's the only way they can check to see what's going on. Though I agree that that's the only way to see what's going on, I don't trust their staff. Their staff seem frentic. The lady that pressed on my eye was panicking pressing on my eye way too hard. The staff is argumentative and they want to charge me more for something that happened from visiting their clinic. I rated this clinic/doctor staff performance one star A. for wanting to charge me (unhappy, unsatisfied) more, B. because my eyes feels severely damaged where I'm having a hard time looking at anything period and with a strong blur that didn't exist before the visit, C. and for staff being argumentative.
