  We scheduled a general cleaning and was told it was covered 100%. Went for the cleaning and they said they didn't have time to finish and wanted my daughter to come back in a week. I asked if insurance would pay for that because I'd never had a dentist do such a thing before. They said no it probably wouldn't. I was not happy because they used our one every six month cleaning benefit but didn't fully clean my daughter's teeth! I refused to make another appointment and cancelled the rest of my families appointments. I didn't care for their practice. A month later we get a bill for $120! They claim they couldn't do a regular cleaning my daughter's gums were inflamed(yet no dentist ever said that before) and they never discussed this at the appointment. They billed my insurance for more than just a cleaning and wanted us to pay too. We didn't ask for or agree to anything but a cleaning! Very unprofessional, very questionable billing and procedures done without your knowledge. I'm seeing by reviews I'm not the only one they have done this to. I'm filling complaints and posting to warn others. Be aware they will not be honest with what they do, what they bill and costs! How can you do a different service than the patient came for without their consent and then bill their insurance and them for it. Not right!
