  Good Morning, I've worked in a medical office setting for over 6 years now. I am NOT a patient at this office , but I wanted to make it known how "abrupt & put off" this staff seemed when I called to request info pertaining to a past patient. When I initially called I was "greeted" if you will by a front desk person who you could clearly tell wasn't happy to be there... She than passed me off to another woman, who proceeded to tell me " they sent those record back in 2015".... Well that may be so , but we do not have what we are asking for. Now for a 3rd time I get told they need to transfer me to the "Rockledge office", mind you I called the Rockledge office.. So I wait....... to than hear dial tone ... I call ROCKLEDGE office right back asking for same info. Lady asks me if I'm looking for records for my child ( they don't listen) I clearly said where I was calling from and why! Lady says , that patient is no longer a patient here, I explained I'm aware of that we are the PCP.. Than finally she says "ok" than silence , so I wait she than says " I will send that". So I remained polite and thanked her.. Just blows my mind how miserable , selfish, inconsiderate "people" are in this day in age. If this was there child / family member, they wouldn't like to be treated this way. Please work on your staff's friendliness & manners while working. Have a great day
